Customers may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
All refunds go to the original credit card. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window, and the result of the return is caused by us.
Return freight is paid by the customer, unless goods are deemed defective or result of an error on our part.
Any damaged goods must be reported to IT&S within 7 days of delivery. Defective items will be replaced with same items only.
Items that have been opened or used are not returnable. Some specialty items including printed tape and custom slit material are also not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
